Each centre runs on its own application server and its own database. Your data never sits beside anyone else's, and you get a full export whenever you ask.
Your address, your colours
Each centre gets its own address — yourcentre.myafterschool.ma — and the tool carries your name and your logo. Prefer your own domain? That works too.
We bring your existing data across
Your current spreadsheets are imported: families, children, payment history. You do not start from an empty screen.

What about pricing?
On request. It depends on the modules you keep and the size of the centre — a 60-pupil centre and a three-site network do not have the same needs, and we do not charge for modules you never open. Let's talk: fifteen minutes is enough to tell whether the tool fits.
